Nikki Lollis is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor who works with families and individuals, including adults and couples. As a counselor, Nikki offers an eclectic therapeutic approach including to Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), trauma-informed therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Interventions, Mindfulness, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Eco-Systemic Family Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Client-Centered Approach, Prolonged Exposure Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. She is also an eager learner and finds her passion in learning and utilizing new skills and techniques. She works with individuals who experience stress, anxiety, depression, impairment in relational/social and/or other major life areas, intimate partner, mood disorders, grief and loss, trauma history, and other significant life changes. She is passionate in working with people of color and LGBTQ+ populations. Nikki believes in the client being the expert on what they need and power of the therapeutic relationship and partnering with her clients to foster healing, introspection, and growth.
Nikki has extensive training in individual and family therapy and offers trauma-informed counseling. She holds a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Wake Forest University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Syracuse University.
When Nikki is not working, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, including her three fur babies. Nikki enjoys reading, exercising and binge-watching various television series and movies.
