Recurring Therapy Session Rates
- $250 per 55-minute individual therapy session
- $275 per 55-minute couples therapy session
- $275 per 55-minute family therapy session
- Sliding scale fees may be available for those who qualify.
EMDR Therapy Intensive Rates (Self-Pay)
EMDR Therapy Intensives are offered as a self-pay service and are not billed to insurance. Intensives include individualized treatment planning, extended EMDR processing, integration, and follow-up recommendations.
- 1-Day EMDR Therapy Intensive: $2,250
- 2-Day EMDR Therapy Intensive: $3,950
- 3-Day EMDR Therapy Intensive: $5,650
A complimentary consultation is available to determine whether an EMDR Therapy Intensive is the right fit for your treatment goals. Payment is due prior to the scheduled intensive, and payment plans may be available upon request.
Insurance
We accept insurance for recurring psychotherapy services. Please contact our office for information about accepted insurance plans and coverage.
Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, psychotherapy services may be covered in full or in part. We encourage you to contact your insurance provider to verify your mental health benefits before your first appointment.
You may wish to ask your insurance provider the following questions:
- Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
- Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it, and has it been met?
- Does my plan limit the number of psychotherapy sessions covered each calendar year?
- Do I need a referral or prior authorization for services to be covered?
Please note: EMDR Therapy Intensives are not billed to insurance and are available on a self-pay basis only.
Payment
We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards as forms of payment.
Cancellation Policy
Recurring therapy appointments require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellation. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without notice may be charged the full session fee.
Because EMDR Therapy Intensives reserve a significant portion of the practice schedule, a separate cancellation and rescheduling policy applies. Details will be reviewed and provided in your Intensive Services Agreement before scheduling.
